Confirmed: Tyler Perry Building New Studio!!

We’re excited to confirm that Tyler Perry is indeed in the process of building himself a bigger, better film production studio on the southwest side of Atlanta at 3259 Hogan Road SW! The Fulton County Board of Assessors website currently classifies the enormous 66.03 acre property as a “Commercial Large Tract” and, while its land use is currently coded for houses of worship like Churches, Synogogues, and Mosques, it will likely be re-coded for commercial production.
This move indicates Tyler’s commitment to Atlanta and film in the state of Georgia… stay tuned, more details as they emerge!!
